1. Create a tool shortlist (1 week: Mar 24-Mar 30)

2. Gather Community feedback (2 weeks: Mar 31-Apr 13)

3. Get tool selection approved (2 weeks: Apr 14-Apr 27)

4. Write guidelines (3 weeks: Apr 28-May 18)

5. Get guidelines reviewed (2 weeks: Apr 19-Jun 1)

6. Add guidelines to Open edX Handbook: (1 week: Jun 2-Jun 8)

7. Measure impact after 6 months (From Dec 8)
