chore: remove unnecessary img patch in make deployODH

This makes it so that we are not patching the dspo image with a main tag, which before would override the images provided in params.env, this is problematic because params.env needs to be the source of truth for image refs, especially when odh operator is deploying from this overlay.

A new image has been built to help with testing out this PR: quay.io/opendatahub/data-science-pipelines-operator:pr-592
An OCP cluster where you are logged in as cluster admin is required.

To use this image run the following:

cd $(mktemp -d)
git clone git@github.com:opendatahub-io/data-science-pipelines-operator.git
cd data-science-pipelines-operator/
git fetch origin pull/592/head
git checkout -b pullrequest d3a07032dc12bb85bcb4e76367aba4ab65c57856
oc new-project opendatahub
make deploy IMG="quay.io/opendatahub/data-science-pipelines-operator:pr-592"
