Cause: layout_submission was referenced in the activity's Java class without definition in the xml layout causing an null object reference error. Multiple elements missing. Fix: Added the required elements in the xml file and minor changes in Java class.

Summary:
App Crashes. Its an NPE where the id requested to be invisible doesn't exist.
Steps to reproduce:
Press on Create Center item in dropdown menu.
Expected behaviour:
Fragment should open.
Observed behaviour:
