Many edits. The overarching goal of this commit is to make the getting-started pages more coherent.
- Text changes - Split some things up - Use images and workflows I think are clearer

- Fix a typo here-and-there - start acqusition section was repeated on two pages so I got rid of the second instance - changed uids and file names: - `onix-bonsai` -> `onix-configuration` - `onix-bonsai-acquisition` ->` onix-acquisition` - these names carry less redundant info and `onix-configuration` represents that file's content better
