Hi, I am using the latest version of Boris available for Windows (the setup version). On opening an observation and playing the videos, I cannot click the screen anywhere (ie to pause the video etc) or any keys when I need to record a behaviour. When I do this, the loading cursor shows on my laptop, and shortly after the programme stops responding. Sometimes the popup "Python is not responding" comes up, and I have to close the programme.
I only downloaded the programme yesterday, after moving to a different computer (Dell from Mac) and I can yet find no information on what might be the issue. Any help would be amazing.

what version are you using?
Current 8.27.10 or pre-release 9.0.0?

Apologies, I am using current 8.27.10, on Windows 11Enterprise. I noticed that this issue only occurs when I am trying to code two videos simultaneously, and when just one video is in it works normally. Unfortunately I need to code two different views simultaneously , and so this is essential for my project. Is there any way this can be resolved?
