remove cdist.so dependency, compile statically into installed module #2

this should let 'python setup.py install' work, and (if you choose to put it on pypi) 'pip install pdist'.

Some other suggestions --

  • make module be named same thing as directory, so 'import pdist' instead of 'import dist'
  • post to pypi :)
  • rename target 'runpy' to 'test'
