Describe the bug
Form Navigation and Form Icons overlap in the Edit Consultation Page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Patients
  2. Click on any Patients that have a consultation Field
  3. Click Manage Patients then Edit Consultation details
  4. Scroll to see the bug

Expected behavior
Form Navigation and Form Icons should not overlap.
