LEX-1131: Enable polling-based progress in lpp_regression lpp_regression relied on lpp's psuedo FI_PROGRESS_AUTO heretofore. That no longer works in a world where we don't use interrupts and work queues in the kernel. It must poll in wait_for_step() to ensure progress is made. Approved-by: Eric Badger <ebadger@gigaio.com>
