Especia includes a few utilities to convert photon wavelength in air to photon wavelength in vacuum (and vacuum to air) and to apply a heliocentric (or barycentric) velocity correction to factor out the motion of the observational system relative to the Sun (or the barycentre of the solar system).
For now, refer to the source code of these utilities.
