Thanks! There's a few minor points that need fixing, but apart from that it's good.
I don't have a machine to test this on, so I'll trust that it executes.
If you allow some bikeshedding, it would be great if the user was alerted to the update_dockerfile.py script if BUILD-DOCKER-IMAGE.sh fails.

universal_robotshas been completely changed the way the robot descriptions are defined.This PR updates the base scene to include the robots with the latest robot descriptions.
