Added "!pip install Cython" to first code cell in case a user tries to run this notebook with a Python version higher than 3.8.x
Added NEMO_DIR environmental variable for the path to the local copy of the NeMo repo
Changed the output of git clone from the default to $NEMO_DIR
Updated path to tokenizer script in terms of $NEMO_DIR
Updated path to Conformer-CTC-BPE training script in terms of $NEMO_DIR
Changed Conformer-CTC model training checkpoint output directory
Changed path to evaluation script in terms of $NEMO_DIR
Changed the way the DATA_DIR path variable and its corresponding element in the os.environ dictionary are created
Removed now extraneous definition of DATA_DIR
Added a cell just before the ASR Evaluation section to define nemo_file_path, a string variable containing the path to the fine-tuned .nemo model file
The evaluation script's model_path parameter is now set equal to $nemo_file_path
Deleted the definition of nemo_file_path in the cell in which we call nemo2riva, since we defined it earlier

Updated the tutorial for fine-tuning ASR models with NeMo, and dropped TAO.
