Add endpoint to request execution for a given token

• Add endpoint exec/request (post with data encrypted for the enclave and some execution parameters) - Add endpoint for requesting execution with an execution token #90
• Return dummy data. This can just be a random UUID for now.
• Link up the endpoint to the execution enclave via an actor (Blocked by: Add ecall to request execution using an encrypted execution token and some execution parameters #72) -> TODO: Discuss coupled function calls or decoupled calls that sync to a status.
