Summary

Release prep for 1.5.1. We're due a release, and there are a couple very small changes.

I would like to get in:

• FIX: Permit identity transforms in list of transforms given to ants.ApplyTransforms FIX: Permit identity transforms in list of transforms given to ants.ApplyTransforms #3237

We could probably quickly finish up:

• ENH: No more auto-failing on misparsed versions ENH: no more auto-failing on misparsed versions #3234
• [FIX] Issues when exporting workflows [FIX] Issues when exporting workflows #3231

Release checklist

• Merge pending PRs
• Update changelog
• Update .mailmap
• Update .zenodo.json
• Set release number in nipype/info.py
• Update doc/interfaces.rst with previous releases
• Check conda-forge feedstock build (REL: 1.5.1 conda-forge/nipype-feedstock#70)
