Summary

Here is the full build and test log.
One error comes from datalad, on account of network sandboxing.
Any ideas what might be causing the nipype errors? @yarikoptic

Platform details:

  • Local environment, Gentoo Linux

There also appears to be a test failing on account of dcm2niix not being present:

OSError: No command "dcm2niix" found on host localhost. Please check that the corresponding package is installed.

It doesn't seem to be listed among the deps, should I add it? I think it might have been omitted because it's used via nipype. But dcm2niix isn't a nipype dependency.

for the other issues, a git identity needs to be declared in the sandbox, as seen e.g. in team/heudiconv/-/blob/master/debian/rules#L11

#631 fixes all remaining test issues, and might also help simplify the linked Debian build recipe.
