Simple update to Bevy 0.9.
Not a macro expert, so I didn't bother to unify bundle and component insertion into a single insert, although it could be done now.

Published v0.5.0.

Thanks for refraining from unifying bundles and components. Those comes with a compatibly breaking change that is quite annoying to work around (bevyengine/bevy#6622)

Honestly I'd just recommend you avoid depending on bevy-ui-build-macros, or fork and depend on your own fork (the fact this crates does not depend on bevy itself makes this relatively painless) I mostly kept this crate alive so that I can quietly keep my first bevy jam entry compiling and running with the most recent version of bevy. I'd really like to get rid of the distinction of components and bundles now that it's trivial to support it, but it would make updating my game to bevy 0.9.0 too annoying.
