UCD - Ways of Working

Whilst an entire Delivery Team 'ways of working' is looked at (#246), I think it would be good to have a UCD 'ways of working' section.

By doing so, we hope to explain what each role within a UCD team can do, how they should work with each other, what each should expect in terms of deliverables etc...

This should help new starters, or anyone else who might not be familiar with working within a UCD team before.
