A mentioned in the playback meeting I wondered if we might add a section on whats expected of a a discipline working in a delivery team. For example, within UCD, some teams have gaps where design isn't supporting UR sessions and they aren't functioning together. This can be quickly exposed in a service assessment and mark a service down.
we'll pull in research with the communities to this.
