As we recently moved to Slack instead of Gitter, I thought its about time to make the move more prominently featured on the homepage:

This:

  • Replaces gitter logos with slack
  • Updates the webpage header with the Slack URL/Logo
  • Removes the gitter chat JS entries from CSS/JS files
  • Replaces all occurrences of Gitter/the former Gitter URL with our new Slack URL

Should give more users the direct access to Slack if they are joining nf-core!
