Officially drop Nextcloud 24 compatibility 🙈

Compatibility with Nextcloud 24 had to be dropped due to the API changes nextcloud/server#34048 introduced in Nextcloud 25 server required for #241

• Create tag

   git tag v2.0.1

• Push the tag to https://github.com/nextcloud-releases/user_migration and https://github.com/nextcloud/user_migration

   git remote add release git@github.com:nextcloud-releases/user_migration.git
   git push origin v2.0.1
   git push release v2.0.1

• Create a release in https://github.com/nextcloud-releases/user_migration/releases and https://github.com/nextcloud/user_migration/releases with the changelist
• Check that the app release action ran successfully https://github.com/nextcloud-releases/user_migration/actions
