Added the ability to hide the registration link on login. New users have to be directed to the URL in order to register. This should mitigate bot signups.

Down the line I intend to add the ability to generate a unique registration url for each invite, and allow the admin to assign groups and quotas etc prior to signup.

This is very much needed for private instances. Can we help to review and test this change?

Instead of "issue #621" in the title, you could also add the line:

closes #621

to the description of the PR to have it linked automatically to the ticket.

I need someone to help me with this? I don't know what I am doing wrong... the code runs fine on my instance, but I can't seem to get the pull request checks to pass...???
