The nextcloud hub 3 / 25 announcement (https://nextcloud.com/blog/press_releases/nextcloud-hub-3-release-ai-photos/) heavily announce AI-based face recognition in the 2.0.0 Photos apps.

When upgrading to that version on my local instance I was expecting it to be enabled by default, but I couldn't find it. A bit of research lead me to https://help.nextcloud.com/t/ai-and-photos-2-0-in-depth-explanation-of-nextcloud-recognize-and-how-it-works/146767 and in turn to the Recognize app (https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/recognize) which is not included by default and is actually unusable for me (nextcloud/recognize#492)

For future version it would be nice to document the steps needed from a standard install to enable face recognition.
