Redesign contact details for compactness

Describe the bug

The Nextcloud 30 design will be more compact. Contacts details still use lots of whitespace

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app

Expected behavior

Good design

• Edit mode: use components for i/p field and select fields
• Add more info should be at the bottom

Actual behavior

• Headings and icons are no longer aligned
• Headings are also too big, they should stay h3 semantically but be styled to be smaller
