@DougAbernathy would like to see a procedure termed "dirty dos" similar to what is done in the ARCS beam line implemented.

S(Q,E) corrected for Debye-Waller factor for calculation of dirty DOS.

Add a method to obtain drity dos by having users input DW factor and Temperature

The excessive intensties at low Q can be used as a indicator of multiple scattering
