Netdata is extending support for all kernels released after kernel 4.11.0. This release also adds support for nonroot users to compile the kernel-collector package.

This release also contains significant bug fixes and improvements and changed some of the internal counters from unit32 to uint64 so Netdata with eBPF will now be capable of monitoring active systems with an uptime of over ~11M years 🎉
