Motivation
rhoai-test cluster has been decommissioned and will be replaced by a cluster called cairo, to fit our new cluster naming conventions. The cluster has been built using the same nodes which previously deployed the rhoai-test cluster. Having said that we will need new route 53 creds, github/keycloak client secrets and updated dns records for this cluster to function properly. I believe we can re-use the ceph storage pool which was assigned to rhoai-test without modification.
Completion Criteria
Cluster is available with connectivity to storage, and infra cluster.
