r? @jedireza -- all checks pass because this doesn't actually care that the CLI is passing the env var still, it just ignores it now. So we can merge first and then release new versions of both neon and neon-cli. |

This brings in the commit that eliminates the ABI environment variable entirely, as discussed in the thread in #123.
