It's the same issue as #292 and will be fixed by neo-project/neo/pull/547

The same here, stuck at 3293298. After the full resync, my node stuck at 2m blocks.
Is there any ETA when will it be fixed? It seems many nodes experiencing the issue.

Same issue. Using offline file with instructions from: https://docs.neo.org/en-us/network/syncblocks.html
didn't resolve the problem.

Upgrading from v2.9.3 to v2.9.4 and downloading chain.acc (http://sync.ngd.network) solved my problem.
Make sure to put ImportBlocks plugin to the neo-cli directory (https://github.com/neo-project/neo-plugins) in order to import from chain.acc file.

This has been probably solved by avoiding the expose of CN signatures when crashing or after network delays that could cause view to change.

Commit neo-project/neo@f88c427 probably solved that. Fell free to open it again for further investigation or discussion.
