- Resolves Create equivalent of "devcon install" command #15
- This also somehow morphed into a complete overhaul 😅
- Bumped to C++23
- Overhauled error propagation
- Reworked colored console logger to remove all duplicated log lines
- Started moving shared code to new project neflib
- Minor performance tweaks
- Various handle leak fixes
