Attempt to show ethernet interfaces in IP address list

This is a development build (A functional prototype which works™)

Instructions:

1. Start PowerPoint and open a PPTX with e.g. more than 3 slides
2. Start PowerSocketServer.exe
3. Navigate to http://localhost:8977/?port=8977 and test
4. Navigate to http://192.168.1.123:8977/?port=8977 from a remote device, and test

Notes:

• Add the param /?port=9877 to the URL, or the thumbnails won't load

Would like feedback on this release:

• Does Windows Firewall get in the way?
• Is admin privileges needed to get around firewall?
• Did websockets connect?
