В head была добавлена ссылка на внешний js файл с ключом разработчика.
Не совсем уверен, что все сделал правильно пользовался вот этим https://yandex.ru/dev/maps/jsapi/doc/2.1/dg/concepts/load.html/
Прошу проверить правильность и работоспособность.
