build: add option to build a PIE executable #64

Many distros prefer/require PIE executables, this change makes it easier to opt into it.

Thanks! Is this change based on some effort to package zf for a distribution? Or just being prepared for some future that it is required?

I made it while testing a zf package for Void Linux, yeah.

I can solve the conflict, no problem :)
