- Joined a fairly new cross-functional team of 8 working alongside a team of 3 consultants bringing the tech in house.
- Working in a completely new tech stack and structure including separate development, staging and production environments and with native apps.

Very proud of my progress at Nested, I rose to multiple challenges whether technical, team or business related, as evidenced in my performance reviews and promotions.
- Joined a cross-functional team of 14 to build new features, which reduced to 3, giving me the opportunity to rise to multiple challenges and take on leadership responsibilities.
- Led features from idea to ship, worked closely with product managers and designers, facilitated discussion, planned and oversaw the build on features that reduced stakeholder workload by 30%.
- Collaborated closely with colleagues and stakeholders to drive initiatives to eliminate reliance on third party tools, reducing overheads by over 50%.
- Delivered training sessions, reviewed code, led tech strategy initiative, mentored a colleague and regularly sought feedback to learn and progress.
