CI seems to fail on info-cache/fpp_depend step, non-deterministically

No changes have been made between these 2 attempts, yet attempt 1 gave

How to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

Generate step should not fail.

Could this be some kind of race condition with the parallelization of the fpp-info sub-builds?
