ABSTRACT
Due to the fact that nowadays learners, instructors and edeucational materials turned out to be mobile; it makes it unevitable that new learning medias to come out. Mobile learning means using mobile materials regardless of time and place to continue education. Free from time and place learning activities gives learners the chance of life -long learning .
The purposes of our application are to give learners opportunities such as checking their own progress easily, getting ready for exams with a lower budget and a helping assistant that helps to recieve learner’s goals.
