!!! this is a no-op release !!!
cutting v1.0.0 to represent last, successful build on old CodeBuild pipeline. Because the old pipeline didn't pin versions of all the code & plugins, we're taking the releases v1.0.0 to represent that last build & Docker image (for what is successfully running in old cluster production & will be migrated as is to the new cluster production).
All production builds & promotions after this have to be released via real GitHub releases cut here pointing to GitHub Action pipeline resulting Docker images.
