feat: Import Firefox 128 and 129 API schema data

The updated schema data includes the following changes:

• Bug 1903247 - Remove SearchEngine.searchForm (Added unsupported note on chrome_settings_overrides search_form property)
• Bug 1899939 - Fix typo in type of tab parameter to commands.onCommand
• Bug 1736575 - Support execution world MAIN in scripting.executeScript() and content_scripts and Bug 1736575 - Support execution world MAIN in scripting.executeScript() and content_scripts
• Bug 1896669 - "Dark Background and Light Text" add-on stops working: added matchOriginAsFallback support to MV2 contentScripts.register API method
• Bug 1810762 - [DNR] Disable individual static rules: Added declarativeNetRequest.getDisabledRuleIds and declarativeNetRequest.updateStaticRules API methods schema
• Bug 1894128 - [DNR] Replace MAX_NUMBER_OF_DYNAMIC_AND_SESSION_RULES: replaced declarativeNetRequest.MAX_NUMBER_OF_DYNAMIC_AND_SESSION_RULES with separate MAX_NUMBER_OF_SESSION_RULES MAX_NUMBER_OF_DYNAMIC_RULES declarativeNetRequest properties
• Bug 1896628 - [DNR] Enforce a limit to the maximum number of static rules disabled individually: added declarativeNetRequest.MAX_NUMBER_OF_DISABLED_STATIC_RULES property schema
• Bug 1766026 - Add optional_host_permissions in mv3
• Bug 1789718 - Remove the initial XPIProvider-based implementation of the Site Permissions addon type: removed manifest property for the deprecated addon type manifest.json property
