Monnet Framework Components

Components for smoothing the integration of Monnet development. This consists of the following

• config: The configuration system used by Monnet
• launcher: A system for applying single script executions within an OSGi container
• xmlreport: An extension to the BeInformed Test Framework for reporting in JUnit format
