Reason for deprecation
I think MONDO_0009651 'pseudo-Hurler polydystrophy' may be the same as MONDO_0018931 'mucolipidosis type III'

According to Orphanet, these terms are synonyms: https://www.orpha.net/consor/cgi-bin/Disease_Search_Simple.php?lng=EN
