aXonica is a software solution designed for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) specifically Neuroimaging.

💾 Installation

To clone and run this application, you'll need Git. From your command line:

# Clone this repository
$ git clone https://github.com/mominaj/aXonica-bin

# Go into the repository
$ cd aXonica-bin

# Start Installation
$ chmod +x aXonica_setup_enUS
$ ./aXonica_setup_enUS

Follow the on-screen dialogue boxes for installation.
