This release is the same as 1.3 but shows an error message if you try to run it in KiCad 7.0.0

Turns out that KiCad 7.0.0 will happily let you install and run release 1.3 even with it tagged for 7.0.1, which just leads to a crash. This should hopefully save some people from getting confused.

Once again, this should work it KiCad 7.0.1 when it's released.
