Purpose

web ops document how service uptime is calculated, and how to get it

Fixes MLPAB-1709

Approach

  • Create a dashboard to show health-check percentages over the last 12 months
  • add docs explaining how the health-checks work and how to get the dashboards

Learning

Note: you can also create the dashboard and export the source in teh AWS console which helps with the layout
