[flickr] Inconsistent keywords

I listed keywords for these flickr links from one user.

I found the keywords are not consistent. One link has owner[username] while another has user[username]. Some links do not have date and album_id. Directory keywords are very few. Some cases directory and filename keywords are missing. These are just what I found.

The flickr situation was improved in v1.16.0:

• every photo now has an owner and date
• directory and filename keywords are the same, i.e. you can create a different directory for each photo
