This site is already supported. There's also general chevereto site support.

$ gallery-dl https://jpg5.su/img/funnymeme.LecXGS
./jpgfish/exearco/funnymeme.jpg

Ah i suck, I was searching jpeg5 and not jpeg 5, I would've seen it. Thank you!
