Resolved build issue with Godot 4.2.1 and artifact uploading problem.

Solution:

• Update Godot to version 4.2.2.
• Update build.ps1 and GitHub Actions .yml pipelines.
• Ensure proper installation of Godot Export Templates.
• Incorporate the --import flag to ensure all project assets are properly imported. See Add --import command-line flag godotengine/godot#90431 and Godot 4 fails to import resources in headless mode if --quit or --quit-after 1 is used (works with --quit-after 2) godotengine/godot#77508 (only available in Godot 4.2.2+).
