- Updated Information contact endpoint for Entra Id support.
- Use Api management service for Entra Id validation.
- Added arm template for api management service.
- Removed certification validation code as winget does not support cert based validation yet. Also if in the future cert based vaildation is needed, it would be added to api management service.
- Some other minor refactoring on Cosmos data store.
