Testing:

1. TestPlatform.CLI, TestPlatform, TestPlatform.ObjectModel and TestPlatform.TestHost nugget nupkg file is having satellite assembly.
2. Tested the bits on Japanese machine and string are getting localized.
3. Testing trx logger for localized string
