Removing the code block check allows
codeActionsOnSaveandcreateCodeActionsOnSaveto run on auto save.Works for all autoSave settings including
afterDelay,onFocusChange, andonWindowChange(sorry for the excessive commits - forgot that i created this branch from another working branch)
