You can turn off all css hovers, if you want:

  "[css]": {
    "editor.hover.enabled": false
  },

[artnez]

You can turn off all css hovers, if you want:

  "[css]": {
    "editor.hover.enabled": false
  },

That turns off all CSS hovers.
