  • Update casclib library to 1.50b version.
  • Fix ctype_for_mac.patch patch file.

Thanks for the PR!

I'm not sure this is actually a newer stable version; the release notes[1] say:

This release is a snapshot for those who need backward compatibility with old code. Will no longer be maintained.
