When tuner exit with exception or killed:
Error message on WebUI looks like: Dispatcher error: Dispatcher Error, This socket has been ended by the other party

After this change it become:

Dispatcher error: Dispatcher Error, please check this log file for more detailed information: /home/chicm/nni/experiments/efnyIc2l/log/dispatcher.log . This socket has been ended by the other party
